How is the pricing page organised?

The page lists three subscriptions in order: Fena Toolkit ERP at the top, then the Fena Ordering Mobile App subscription, and the Fena B2B Wholesale App subscription at the bottom. Each section has its own currency selector (GBP/USD/EUR) and monthly/annual toggle so you can price them independently.

Where do I find the Mobile App and Wholesale App pricing?

Jump straight to the Mobile App pricing section or the Wholesale App pricing section. Both can be added on top of any Toolkit ERP plan.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every Fena Toolkit ERP, Mobile App and B2B Wholesale App plan includes a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel anytime.

How does the billing cycle work?

Monthly plans renew on the same calendar date each month (e.g. sign up on the 12th, renew on the 12th). Annual plans renew once a year on the anniversary of your first paid charge. Your trial period does not count toward the cycle — billing only starts when the 14-day trial ends and your first payment is taken.

Yes. Switching to annual billing saves you between £200 and £2,000 per year depending on the tier, with equivalent discounts on USD and EUR plans. Annual plans are paid upfront in a single invoice at the start of each 12-month term.

When will I receive invoices and receipts?

An itemised VAT invoice is emailed to your billing contact and saved in Settings → Billing within a few minutes of every successful charge — for the first payment after trial, every monthly or annual renewal, and any mid-cycle proration. You can download past invoices and receipts as PDFs at any time.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately so you get the new features straight away. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle so you keep what you've paid for.

How are upgrades and downgrades prorated?

When you upgrade mid-cycle we calculate the unused portion of your current plan and credit it against the new plan, then charge only the prorated difference for the remainder of the cycle — to the day. On the next renewal you're billed the full new rate. Downgrades aren't prorated: your existing plan continues until the cycle ends, then the lower rate applies. Switching between monthly and annual billing follows the same proration rules.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), plus direct debit (GBP via Bacs, EUR via SEPA) and bank transfer for annual Enterprise plans. Subscription charges are taken automatically on the renewal date using your saved payment method.

How are payments processed through Fena charged?

Payments your customers make through Fena are billed via your separate payment subscription, invoiced independently from your Toolkit ERP plan. This keeps platform costs predictable and means you only pay for the payment volume you actually process.

What happens if a payment fails?

We'll retry the charge automatically over the following few days and email you each time. Your account stays active during retries so there's no immediate interruption. If all retries fail we'll move the account into a grace period and contact you before suspending any features — you can update the card in Settings → Billing at any time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing in a single click — no phone calls, no cancellation fees. You keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and your data stays available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

Do you offer custom enterprise pricing?

Yes. For teams with multi-warehouse operations, very high order volumes or specialist integrations, contact sales for a tailored quote with custom billing terms, including purchase orders and net-30 invoicing.
